The Boy Scouts of America, Lion’s Club, and The Knights of Columbus present Coventry Fest every year. More information about Coventry Fest is found under other sections of this web site.
Many changes have been incorporated to Coventry Fest during last year and this year to make it more inviting for families to attend. The key changes are:
- Increased sponsorship levels and having a plan for more widespread advertising
- Audience involvement with entertainers in their performances
- Live band playing during the day
- Master of Ceremonies who will highlight the Vendors
When: June 29, 2019 Rain Date is June 30, 2019
Where: Patriots Park, 124 Lake St., Coventry, CT
Time: Gates open at 4 PM & the fair ends after the fantastic Fireworks display starting at dusk.
Cost if paid before June 14, 2019: – $45.00 (Craft vendors only – $35.00)
If paid after June 14, 2019, costs increase to $55.00/$45.00 respectively
A 10’ by 10’ space will be assigned to the vendor the day of the fair. Electricity under 6 amps will be provided free of charge to those vendors who need electricity. Please indicate on the Vendor Application if you need electricity. Tents, tables, chairs, lights & extension cords are the responsibility of vendors.
If you are interested in being one of over 40 vendors participating in Coventry Fest 2016, you may print out and mail the 2019 registration form, along with your check or money order, or use the following online application and make your payment via PayPal.
NOTE TO ALL FOOD VENDORS: Do not use the online form. food vendors require manual approval. Please download and fax the food vendor form if applying to sell food.
